I bought my chocolate book today! Hope to make full use of it to create yummy desserts inclusive of nice decorations. It's such a useful book which includes conversions of measurements, main recipes and recipes for frostings and icings plus decorations with chocolates.
Best of all... Books at Borders were going for less 20% these 2 days :D
The wassants from Petit Provence at The Central were delicious~ They have a main branch too at Holland Village. Soft yet with a certain kind of bite to each one. Plus, a subtle chocolatey taste which doesn't overpower the taste of the bread. They're not cheap though with each going for 50 cents. Definitely worth a try!Labels: Books, Food
