There's been so much controversy about teachers blogging that even when I have absolutely nothing to do in the staffroom, I try to refrain from blogging infront of other teachers. Am using one of the shared computers you see.. As a contract teacher, it seems like I do not have the privilege of owning a laptop for personal usage in school.

However, sometimes my fingers really itch to type. So here I am, typing an entry in school, which is a rarity.

Nothing beats meeting up with old friends whom you can grumble and crap with. I can hardly emphasize enough on that... Words pour out easily. I hate to make small talk, which explains why I may appear unfriendly to people I hardly know. To me, people with good PR are kind of fake. They can appear chummy with everyone, yet who knows what the person is actually thinking within. I don't suppose everyone can be best of friends with everyone else. These people make me uncomfortable.

My attempt to BAKE donuts failed terribly last week. They turned out to be like steamed rice cakes!!! :( So saddening especially when so much has been spent on the ingredients and mould. However, I can't expect all bakes to be perfect right? :D So I should be thankful that they were still edible. Haha..

Holidays are coming. That's the best part about working in this line. Things seem too good to be true so far, that it's kind of hard to believe and I refuse to let my guard down. One can't be too cautious about anything ;P
