First and foremost, I received an sms today and I'm glad that a friend managed to find a job so soon! No more searching (hopefully). I can understand the feeling of going for endless interviews. And I really mean endless coz you don't even know when you will be finally given a position. To the extent that it become a routine everyday and one starts feeling robotic (even before the actual job starts).
Secondly, I'm still thinking through something. Meant to be sort of a surprise actually. Few options...
1) Quiche (pronounced as "kee - itch". Yes, do repeat after me so that you won't have the blur look when I say that to you in person.)
2) Brownies
3) Cupcakes/ Buttercake
4) Fruit tarts (haven't done this before in my life but there's always a first time)
The primary school outing turned out really well though none of the guys turned up for some reasons. Somehow whenever I say out loud to someone that I've been or am going to a primary school gathering, I feel like sniggering when there's an incredulous look on that someone's face.
