I wonder if it's the lack of good sleep or if my mind is already on holiday mood but I've never felt so blur, it's like my mind has been switched off.

Anyway, I'm so so thankful that it's going to be a few days of holiday. I often find myself snapping at kids. I can even hear their voices ringing in my mind when I come home and even on weekends haha *dry laugh*

I've discovered another good eating place. It's Shokudo Japanese Food Bazaar at Raffles City, situated right next to Streets cafe. The concept of Shokudo is just like Marche's, where you'll be given a card and then you walk around to pick what you want to order and allow the staff to scan your card. The beef stew with baguette as well as the omelet were fabulous! The beef stew was the warm hearty dish, the downside was that there were only 3 thinly sliced baguette to be dipped into the stew. However, the pieces of beef were soft and tasty with a hint of miso in the soup- gravy like thingie. For the omelet came with choices of ham + cheese, mushroom + cheese, etc, a little like the savoury crepe choices at marche. The omelet was springy and tasty. Very, very different from the normal japanese- styled omelet which is used for sushi.

I'll definitely be back for those dishes again :D
