The spontaneity of kids never fail to amaze me even up till now and I hope the feeling never goes away. A boy gave me a small plastic bag and in it, he told me, were origami. When I asked him if he made them himself, he simply told me that his mum made them. He did not specify whether his mum made them for me or his mum made them for him, after which he gave to me. Hahah... However, later on, he showed me an origami book and flipped through several pages to let me know how those artworks in the plastic bag came about. Another boy gave me a tangerine made of net. A teacher had taught him how to make it and in turn, he decided to give 1 to me. However, after some time, he requested that I returned it to him so that he could add in a leaf before giving to me. Wahahaha....

What I admire most about children is that they never bear grudges. Their memory is super short-termed. They would forget that I punished them by giving them late recesses or that I scolded them harshly earlier on though I must admit that I no longer have much breath to scold and scold. "-_-

I try to make up for the scoldings by praising them when they answer certain questions correctly. However, what annoys me most is that scoldings do not work fast on them. I actually have to mete out punishments like late recesses or by making naughty ones stand instead of sit. It's really unfortunate that the hard approach is more effective on them.

It's also really cute that a boy who's been punished a few times would come to me to apologize to me and then tell me that he will not do something again. Haha... Of course, he would forget it after some time. "-_-

I guess that no matter how angry I get with them. At the end of the day, I have to remember this side of them and the actual purpose in doing my part to help them. If only I can be more blind and deaf towards certain adults I know.
