This was the sad fate of a cute little girl who was called home to be with the Lord when she was only 3. It's tragic how her life changed drastically after her mum remarried.
Adults are supposed to be around to take care of their children and to ensure a secure environment. Unfortunately this was not to be for Kelsey.
