I couldn't resist taking a picture of the nectarine before I gobbled it up. It was given to all of us on Fruit Day. Look at how the 2 colours blend together in a stripey combination? It actually looked nicer than in the photo.

This was the new girlfriend that my original mouse got. It was love at first sight for him and look at how his pink girlfriend glow with happiness! The guy was just stoning beside her which explains why he looked so dull at that moment the picture was taken. I think he couldn't believe how lucky he could get. :P

The above were taken before CNY when WJ and I dropped by Changing Appetites for dinner. Topmost picture: my main order of black pepper spaghetti. It wasn't as nice as before. In fact, it was horribly spicy and rather tasteless. I think they've changed the recipe already. The middle photo shows one of the appetizers we ordered. Tempura mushrooms! Interesting ingredient since most of the time it's tempura prawns or tempura vegetables (consisting of pumpkin, sweet potato, brinjal...). Unfortunately, I would say that if you're looking something bland, this would be one that you would like. Although different types of mushrooms were used, mushrooms themselves, do not possess natural sweet flavours. One ends up relying too much on the dipping sauce. The last picture is the other appetizer that was ordered. This was the best of the 3! :D It's nachos with minced beef and salsa. It's tasty and flavourful. Definitely worth having again. Yummy!
