I'm finally done with the pile of clothes that I have accumulated for the past month or more on my chair. In a bid to make my room appear (keyword: appear - so may not necessarily be really the case) less cluttered, I've managed to clear them within about 3 days. 3 days because I need to leave a couple of bamboos for mum to wash their clothes and because it hasn't been very sunny these days so clothes tend to take a longer time to dry and they don't smell as nice. It sucks when you look at the opposite block and you see sunshine but the sunlight doesn't shine so strongly in this direction "-_- Haha.. but it's fair~ Coz when sunlight shines directly at a block, that place is going to be hotter too and heat gets tranferred into the home. So there are pros and cons lah. Therefore when buying a flat, it's important to enquire about the orientation (the direction at which the sun is shining at different times of the day).

Yesterday was a long long day out. I didn't feel that tired when I went swimming on Tue, yoga on Wed, as compared to yesterday. After my last lesson for the term, I went to Concorde to collect my prize, I dropped by Great World City nearby (ok 2 bus stops away). There wasn't anything to see so I headed for Orchard although it's still early. Since there's no longer any shuttle bus service from Great World to Orchard (the buses still do pass by Orchard though just that not allowed to stop or something), I got to take a bus to Orchard whereby I window shopped a little and went to Starbucks at Centrepoint to sit again while waiting for my cousin to finish work at the school (I found out from her it cost her $9 something from Selegie to Orchard. I thought very near?!) to meet me for the Bodyshop private sale. She's borrowed the pass from her friend through me and after going to the sale, I had to go back to Jurong East to meet her friend to return the pass so that her friend can go to the sale today (told you it's been a busy day). Very good buys with discount of up to 75%. I've discovered a body lotion with an uplifting scent. Lemon & Lime scent! It's not yucky unlike those body lotions that smell sweet like the strawberry flavour (strawberry flavour has nice scent but because it smells so sweet, when slathering on the arms and legs, one will feel sticky psychologically haha). Lemon & Lime has a citrus smell which can perk me up.

I found out something about myself through the sale. I tend to go for citrus scent when it comes to lotions and scrubs. I bought a mandarin orange scented scrubs that contains essential oil. I also love the DKNY perfume that I won the last time because of the citrus smell too. Maybe subconsciously I love the smell of detergent that's why I can happily wash clothes but not sweep the floor.
