I finally bought a jar of Manuka honey UMF 15+. It's an investment I guess considering that it's about 10 times more expensive than normal honey from the supermarket. Yes, 10 times. The thing about Manuka honey is that it has antibacterial properties, which explains its benefits like building up the immune system, etc:

Have been hearing about it from different people. From celebrities to even my tutor who swears by it. However, the lady whom I bought from advised me against dissolving in water because the effect wouldn't be as good anymore. Instead, every morning when I wake up, I am to eat a teaspoon of it by itself before I consume anything else. Just need to get used to the slightly grainy texture of the honey which is unlike the super smooth one of the usual (a lot) cheaper type.
